Sometimes you have got to just get away, am I right? But not one of those getaways that involves expensive airline tickets and requires you to pack up half of your house just so you can spend a night at a hotel. I’m talking about day trips. A wonderful way to get out of town on just one tank of gas and take a break from your tiny little pocket of the world. Now, with Chicago being the amazing area that it is, there is definitely something to be said for Wisconsin. Our neighbors to the North know a thing or two about beer and cheese, but they also offer so much more for families. As long as you don your Bears gear to ward off the cheese heads, Wisconsin has so much to offer in terms of day trips, GUARANTEED.
