Splash into Big Blue Swim School in Niles!

Calling all swimmers! Our favorite swim school, Big Blue Swim School, has expanded to a new Niles location. So that means this is your chance to swim to the head of the line and pre-register your family for classes before the pool doors open this December.

The brand new, beautiful facility is conveniently located on Waukegan Road in Niles, with ample parking and many local businesses in the neighborhood for a pre or post lesson meal. This complex is unique in that there are two large pools, in addition to the ample showers and changing rooms that you can always expect from Big Blue. Be sure to bring along Grandma, aunts, siblings, and other members of the swim cheer squad so they can enjoy the vast viewing area and watch your little fish grow and learn.

Not sure if Big Blue is right for you? Then definitely read my take on what it has been like to be a member of the Big Blue family for over two years. You can look forward to the same great instruction and swim program but in a new location.

Also, don’t forget about Big Blue’s amazingly unique deals…enjoy a free trail swim lesson (a rarity at other swim schools), donate a class to the Union League Boys and Girls Club, and refer a friend for discounted swim lessons.

Water safety is so important…that’s why I’m so glad I am able to donate lessons to needy kids who also need to learn how to swim. It’s all about community at Big Blue.

What a fun spot for the kiddos!! It is so important to teach our kids to swim as early as possible. I think I learned how to swim before I could walk (but we lived in FL at the time and had a swimming pool)!

This loos like a great place to take the kids swimming. There is so many benefits to swimming and the kids ware themselves out so they are less hyper at home. It is also so much safer for the children to learn to swim for the summer months. Thanks for sharing this awesome place and the information.

I love the way the Big Blue Swim school decorates the building! It looks awesome. I need to take my daughter to a swim school soon, she keeps asking me if she can learn to swim.

what a great place to have fun! It’s a reminder for me to get my kids into swimming lessons… they’re pretty good at swimming, but I want them to learn all the tricks and to be STRONG swimmers.

That looks like a nice swim school! My son took swim lessons last summer. We’ll have him take lessons again next summer. It is definitely important for kids to know how to swim.
