Holiday Magic at Swissotel Chicago

If you are anything like me, you want to make the magic of the holidays last as long as it can for your kids. While to some that might mean tracking down the “IT” toy of the holiday season or crossing everything off your family’s “Christmas Bucket List,” those options can be stressful and overwhelming. If you are looking for an easy way to make the holidays magical for your family, there is only one place to go: Swissotel Chicago. Book a stay in a room decorated by elves, spend hours exploring the Santa Suite together, and make memories that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. Here’s how you can experience Holiday Magic at the Swissotel Chicago.

My family and I were given complimentary access to the holiday festivities at Swissotel Chicago. All opinions are my own.

Swissotel Chicago Holiday Extras

While the streets of Chicago are decked out in wreaths and millions of lights, most hotel rooms lack holiday sparkle. Or at least that was the case before Swissotel Chicago rolled out their holiday packages.

HOLIDAY TREATS UPGRADE

Does your family have a sweet tooth? Then the holiday treats package is perfect for you.

Upon arrival, your family will be welcomed with delicious, homemade cookies and a special letter from Santa himself. I mean, is there anything better than warm cookies and milk while cozied up in some of the most luxurious accommodations in Chicago?

This package also includes admission to the Santa Suite, Swissotel’s stylish version of the North Pole, located on the 41stfloor of the hotel.

ELF DECORATED HOLIDAY ROOM

Love to deck the halls at home? You can rely on the elves at the Swissotel Chicago to add some holiday cheer to your room from top to bottom when you book an elf decorated package.

If you caught my Instagram stories, you saw that my kids went absolutely CRAZY when they found a beautiful Christmas tree in our room.

The elf treatment is spread throughout your room (and in our case—even the bathroom!) and will give your room the perfect holiday glow after a day spent crossing things off your Christmas in Chicago Bucket List.

This package also includes admission to the Santa Suite, so be sure to pack your good camera to capture all of the beautiful holiday photo opportunities throughout the Swissotel Chicago.

Swissotel Chicago Santa Suite

The newly renovated Santa Suite towers high above Chicago on the 41stfloor with stunning views both in and out of the five room Presidential Suite. The vast suite has 15 Christmas Trees on display, showcasing the theme of “Christmas Around the World,” and a complimentary hot chocolate station and sweets table (a cash bar for adults is also available).

Children can also write letters to Santa, decorate sugar cookies, partake in holiday-themed arts and crafts, get their face painted, and more.

And of course, don’t forget about the big guy himself! Take photos with your own phone (or have the elf do it so you can get in the shot, too!) in front of the most over-the-top display in Chicago.

The Santa Suite is also available for rentals and private parties, or you can purchase tickets if you want to check out the big guy’s sweet digs without staying overnight at the hotel.

Brilliant idea!! I must return to Chicago soon. Sounds like a wonderful time to visit despite the cold! The tree in the room would impress any child or adult for that matter too!

Oh wow, this is such a great idea! I’ve traveled a lot during the holidays but have never had a holiday room. My kids would love it!
