Wow, there is a ton of stuff to do there. I have always wanted to visit Chicago, so hopefully we will get there sometime in the near future.
Just think of it as a slightly bigger version of Boston, with lots of Irishmen as well.

It’s great that there are so many things to do for families and for free in the Chicago area. I’ve always heard Barnes and Noble mentioned in films, I’d love to check it out for myself.

Lots to do in Chicago! I’ve never been but my sister has and loved it. She was lucky and went to a free taping of Oprah. I’ve been jealous since!
I love Chicago. It is a great city. And this many free things makes it an even more affordable option for a visit.

I would love to take my kids there one day. Looks like so muchfun things to do for them too.
These look like so much fun! We are trying to do some more traveling and tying in homeschooling while we do. This sounds like something we would all love and the girls would get some lessons in at the same time.
This is a huge list of places to visit. It would make the trip worthwhile.
We would go to the zoo and the bookstore. Of course, the little guy would want to go to the aquarium and the Lego store, too.

Thank you for sharing your Chicagoland resources! I love Chicago and I have been there a few times. I remember the first visit, my BFF and I went to all the places that was featured in the movie ‘My Best Friend’s Wedding’, except for the ballpark. It was an awesome trip!
Ha, that sounds like a fun way to approach Chicago. Another great movie to relive is “Ferris Bueller’s Day Off.”
